I was a senior systems engineer for more than 20 years. I have the background and knowledge to be able to analyze complex hardware and software problems. I stated out with a real estate license in 1996 in Orlando, Florida with Watson Realty. I was a part-time agent until 2001 when I moved to the Space Coast. I worked for Century 21 until I received my broker license in 2004 and started my own company TERRAONEREALTY LLC.
My love of the Space Coast has allowed me to help buyers to find and buy their dream home in our piece of paradise. I also have helped many sellers, downsize, right size, move to senior citizen facilities, and move out of state. I am a husband, father, grandfather, and my favorite hobby is running at the beach at low tide. I have been an avid runner for almost 35 years. We are a real estate family as my daughter is a broker associate and my wife is my office manager and a licensed real estate associate.
